Eligibility Conditions for Registration

To open an account on pzok and use its services, all of the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age.
• You must register in your own name; opening an account on behalf of someone else is prohibited.
• A user may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found, both will be closed and funds may be forfeited.
• You must provide true and accurate information at the time of registration.
• Residents of areas where online gaming is legally prohibited may not use pzok.
• pzok employees, affiliates and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in promotional offers.

Identity Verification (KYC)

pzok follows an identity verification process to ensure secure services. We may request documents to verify your identity in the following situations:

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Misuse of the bonus system or fraudulent activity.
• Suspicion of money laundering or other financial crimes.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. You should request a withdrawal of any remaining funds before closing. Processing an account closure request may take up to 7 business days.

Deposit Conditions

The following applies when depositing money to pzok:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (applicable for all methods).
• Deposits may only be made from a payment method owned by you.
• Deposits from third-party wallets or accounts are not accepted and in such cases funds may be returned and the account may be closed.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
• Deposit processing is generally instant, however technical delays may occur in some cases.

Withdrawal Conditions

The following rules apply when withdrawing money from an account:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Standard processing time: Within 1 hour.

Welcome Bonus

pzok offers new members a 200% bonus on the first deposit (up to ৳20,000). The following conditions apply to receiving and using this bonus:

• Wagering requirement: 20x (meaning you must bet 20 times the bonus amount before withdrawing).
• The bonus applies only to new members on their first deposit — each member is entitled to this benefit once only.
• Once bonus funds are received, the wagering requirement must be met within 30 days, otherwise the bonus will be cancelled.
• Multiple active promotions cannot be used at the same time when receiving a bonus.

VIP Cashback Program

pzok's VIP program has three tiers and each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze tier: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.

• Gold tier: Up to 1.2% cashback per week.

Advancement to a higher tier depends on the user's overall activity and loyalty. The method and amount of cashback calculation may change.

General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses have their own terms and conditions which are communicated in detail at the time of the bonus announcement.
• If bonus misuse or artificial betting patterns are detected, the bonus and associated winnings will be cancelled.
• pzok reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.
• In disputes relating to bonuses, pzok's decision will be considered final.

General Rules for Placing Bets

• A bet once confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• pzok reserves the right to cancel a bet if incorrect odds were offered due to a technical error.
• For sports betting, in-play betting rules that apply after a match has started are governed separately.
• If a match or event is abandoned or does not finish within the scheduled time, specific rules regarding bet settlement will be followed.
• For bets lost due to system errors or network issues, pzok will make a decision after investigation.

Casino Game Rules

• The results of all casino games are determined by an impartial random number generator (RNG).
• If a connection is lost during a game, the game will be settled according to the last recorded state.

• Winnings displayed due to a software error or malfunction will be considered void.

Prohibited Activities

Limitation of Damages

Dispute Resolution
